atFics.com was was founded with the goal of strengthening the current fanfiction community.

Sites like FF.net provide great audiences for writers but in other ways many authors and fics can get lost under the sheer size of the site and number of fics hosted there. While FF.net brings many fics to readers at the same time it can also disconnect readers from the author. There is only so much an author can do with a profile page and between that and the rules about author notes nothing can quite compare to the 1:1 interaction of an author’s personal website.

For those whom already have a site hosts like Geocities, Angelfire, or Tripod are just not sufficient anymore. With that in mind atFics.com’s primary goal is bringing authors and their readers together by helping authors have a personal website beyond their FF.net profile. We hope to provide hosting, design, and the support neccisary for every author to not only have a site but have one that is as easy to maintan as it is to send an email or post to FF.net. No HTML, CSS, or coding knowledge required!

Secondary objectives of @Fics include:
Helping authors with their fics by providing writing guides and tips.
Building a community of fanfiction authors readers, and enthusiasts.
Exposing authors to new audiences and readers to new experiences.
